You can use your pet portal to:

• View pet information and add pictures
• Refill prescriptions pending doctor’s approval (including prescription diet food)
• Request appointments with your veterinarian and for boarding
• View your recent medical services
• Print proof of vaccination
• Create and print instructions for pet sitters
• Receive important medical alerts and hospital news
• Set up automatic medication reminders by e-mail
• Access reliable information on a variety of pet health topics

Provide us with your email address and you’ll receive a password within 48 hours. Please note that your pets must be registered patients at Park Hills Animal Hospital before you can view their information on the Portal. New pets will be added automatically to your Portal after they come in for their first visit!

Pet portals are on a secure server and cannot be accessed by anyone but the registered user. We do not sell our email list. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone.
